SUMMARY

Asking Price: $1,000,000

Located in Tonopah, Nevada in the historic Gilbert Mining District in close proximity to a one hundred thousand+ ounce gold deposit. Estimated reserves of more than one million tons of 50-70% wollastonite and excellent potential for significant precious metal deposits with samples graded as high as .10oz/ton gold and 36.9oz/ton silver.

The Carrie Mine, of Monte Cristo Project is one of the Mines for Sale in Nevada. It consists of around 1000 feet of workings which followed quartz veins ranging from a few inches to several feet thick. Most of the work was done prior to 1925. Numerous prospects surround the main mine and dumps containing a considerable amount of potential ore exist near the mine site.

While historical estimates are not indicative of present reserves, past exploration has identified the potential for significant wollastonite, gold, and silver resources on the property.

Past exploration estimated the wollastonite deposit to be around two million tons of 50- 70% wollastonite. Domestic wollastonite has a market value according to the USGS of $231-$489 per ton.

The following are rough estimates as to the value of the mineral resources based on historical estimates of a 2 million ton deposit at a price of $250/ton:

50% x 2,000,000 tons = 1,000,000 tons of wollastonite

1,000,000 tons x $250/ton = $250,000,000 market value of wollastonite in deposit

Based on historical estimates, this deposit is likely the largest wollastonite occurrence in the United States outside of New York, the only location where it is currently being produced in the country.

The property was mined for silver has far back as the late 1800s for silver at the Carrie Mine. From the information available it appears the last mining at the Carrie took place in the 1920s though other prospects in the area look to be more recent.

A report by a geologist deemed the Carrie Mine area as having excellent potential for a 5,000,000 ton gold deposit of .05oz/ton. Sampling done presumably by the same geologist found gold values as high as .10oz/ton and silver values up to 36.9oz/ton on the property near the Carrie Mine. A location west of the Carrie Mine also sampled greater than 1 ppm gold.

Based on past reports and recent nearby discoveries the potential for a precious metals deposit with a market value in the hundreds of millions could be great. Together with the wollastonite resource this property can serve as an asset of interest to both industrial and gold/silver mining companies and investors.
